Privacy policy

This site collects the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email, company, and message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

If you apply for a role, we collect your application details, work preference, and uploaded CV to assess your fit and contact you about recruitment. CVs are stored outside the public website folder and can only be accessed by authorized hiring administrators. We keep application records while they are needed for recruitment; you can ask us to delete your application using the email address below.

The recruitment service uses a necessary session cookie to protect submissions and keep administrators signed in. It does not use this cookie for advertising. We record limited request information to prevent repeated sign-in attempts and submission abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that deliver our email and hosting, and only as needed to operate the site.

We keep contact submissions for as long as the conversation is live, then as ordinary business records. Want yours deleted? Email hello@weareletsgo.com and we'll remove it.
